Go to Hospital Lane (2nd stoplight) and turn right onto Hospital Lane and then left into the parking lot. We are located in the two story red brick Professional Office Building on the east end of Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Enter the building at the south doors. Our suite number is 2C.
